Lash Client

  • With proper care, lash extensions last 2-3 weeks before refill is needed. Longevity also depends on your natural lash cycle and aftercare routine.

  • Yes, but avoid oil-based products around the eyes. Use lash extensions-safe cleansers and avoid mascara to extend retention.

    • Clean them daily using lash-safe cleanser

    • Avoid oil based products

    • Don’t rub, tug, or pull in your lashes

    • Brush them daily and be gentle

    • Sleep on your back if possible

    • No mascara or strip lashes on top of the extensions

    • Book regular refills every 2-3 weeks to maintain fullness and keep your lash line healthy

  • Yes, but it depends on the condition of your current set. A consultation or photo submission may be required before booking a foreign fill.

  • A full set typically takes between 1.5 to 2.5 hours, depending on the style and fullness you’re looking for.

Student | Training

  • Yes, all students will receive a certificate of completion once they successfully finished training. This applies to our in person format only.

  • Our digital trainings are completely online and self-paced, designed for aspiring lash artists who want to learn on their own schedule.

    Our in-person trainings are hands-on and taught face-to-face. While details may vary by class, they generally include full education, practice, and certification. If you’re someone who learns best with direct guidance and real-time feedback, this option might be for you.

  • Yes! The training is beginner-friendly and perfect whether you’re just starting out or want to sharpen your skills. We will walk you through everything step by step.

  • You can start taking clients as soon as you feel confident and ready! Many students begin practicing on models or offering discounted sets within days of completing their training. After taking our course(s) you’ll absorb all the skills, tools, and have the certification to get started. Remember, every pro was once a beginner. You’ve got this!

  • All sales are final. Due to the nature of our training and digital content, no refunds are offered once a purchase is made. We encourage you to read all course details carefully and reach out with any questions before enrolling. We’re here to help you feel confident in your decision.

  • Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order is on the way.
